Maria came to the United States to study, went to college here and made it her home. She knows the immigrant journey firsthand. Bruce has traveled and lived around the world, and he has seen how much talent other countries have to offer. Together, they saw the same gap from two sides: people abroad ready to work, and U.S. businesses that could not fill essential roles.
In 2021, they founded U.S. Direct Hire in Indianapolis to bring the two together through lawful, long-term pathways.
